Dad Bod Sniper (DBS) was founded in late 2020 by Anthony F. Patterson Jr. This work comes from Anthony’s appreciation and passion for fine and casual fashion. Anthony was fascinated by design, patterns, and textures at an early age. He remembers his Mother wearing a houndstooth garment one day that completely captured his curiosity – the look, the feel, the quality.
Anthony was always curious about how things worked. His formal education is in engineering and physics. He continued his appreciation for fashion and design throughout his schooling and demonstrated it through his style, which some might have described as different or weird at times. He now shows his appreciation for art, architecture, and music through his designs. In the Spring/Summer 2021 collection, the “Weird Crew” features a quote by Hip Hop Artist Jim Jones stating, “I want to fulfill my weird.” DBS is Anthony’s ‘weird .’ He wants to take his weird to the next level with his collection, starting with Chapter One.
